The space Located high above sea level and set in a beautiful garden in a peaceful location overlooking the sea of the nearby Agrari beach Villa Mykonian is a tasteful blend of contemporary white & pastel interior design and traditional Mykonian style/simplicity. The property is in a short distance from Agrari beach and Super Paradise beach, 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos. The airport and supermarkets are 5 minutes away. The ten minutes drive to the downtown area, with wonderful restaurants, boutique shops and exciting nightlife makes it easily accessible any time of day or night. The large swimming pool dominates the outdoors of the house and is well positioned to offer absolute privacy. A nice outdoor area (suitable for 10 guests) sheltered from the north winds and shaded by a beautiful pergola is next to the pool and offers a nice ambient for dining and other outdoor activities. The villa features a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, an attractive and sunny living room and 4 bedrooms which can sleep 8 guests. The 2 master bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms, simple in their design giving access to the front balcony with magnificent views to Agrari bay & Naxos island. 2 more bedrooms are on the 2 sides of the house with tween beds and en suite WC/Shower. An additional small room is available for the laundry and the ironing. Other things to note 1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out time is before 11am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance. 2. BEHAVIOUR & DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY The client is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to us and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. 3. ENTERTAINING AT THE PROPERTY Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by us in advance. 4. GUEST INJURY DISCLAIMER We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to you and your guests during your stay at the property under any circumstances. 5. PETS Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 6. CLEANING & MAID SERVICE The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and in order at the time of their departure. If the property is not left in acceptable conditions the sum of 100 euro will be deducted from the security deposit. 7. EXTRA DAILY MAID SERVICE We provide maid service, including change of towels/bed linen once during your stay. Should you require extra maid service, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service. 8. COOK SERVICE We do not provide cook service. Should you require a private cook or a caterer, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service. 9. WATER AND ELECTRICITY Water in Mykonos is a commodity to be used sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can in time to reestablish its supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, normally for a short period of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our control. 10. INTERNET SERVICE We provide Internet WiFi but we cannot guarantee we will be able to re-establish the connection in case of a technical problem beyond our control, such as a faulty line from the local telephone company. 11. POOL Use at your own risk. You are responsible for you and your company when using the pool. Don't leave unattended minors using the pool. 12. VALUABLES Valuables left at the property are at the clients' risks. We are not responsible for their loss or misplacement.
