This all season escape is the perfect place to disconnect from your typical dwelling and enjoy everything nature has to offer. /\ The space A Hidden Sparrow has 4 bedrooms, living & dining space, kitchen, 1.5 baths and a cozy family room in the basement. Bedrooms: • Guest BR 1 - loft: Cozy king bed - medium firm. Ceiling fan with overhead light, bedside tables and lights for reading (or to change vibe). A humidifier is available bedside if you want to use for a more restful sleep. No blackout curtains, but eye masks available to help with the light. • Guest BR 2- main floor: Largest of the two rooms on the main floor. Comfy queen bed - slightly firm, softest in the house. Desk to get a little work done or to sketch. There is a TV with all the streaming apps. There is also a reading chair, her name is Frida. Closet is available for use with hangers and has board games & puzzles on the shelf for you to enjoy. Iron and Ironing board is there as well. Extra blankets are available in the basket next the desk • Guest BR 3- main floor: Smaller room on the main floor. A dozing double bed - memory foam. Alabaster bedside lamp for soft, ambient light. Desk to do a little work, reflect or sketch. • Guest BR 4 - basement: Literally and figuratively the coolest sexiest bedroom. So if you run hot, it’s the place to be. A tempur-pedic queen mattress tucked away in a modern, dark nook. Overhead and bedside light depending on your mood. At the entry way you will find a chair out your shoes on and a console table with extra blankets and cheeky decor. Guest access Park outside in the driveway Keys will be in a lockbox by main entrance Other things to note - A Hidden Sparrow is in the country. She looks pretty and is in fabulous shape, but with the country comes critters. We have not had any major problems yet, but you will cross paths with the occasional ant or spider. Time of years is a factor, like summer for ants… just keep crumbs in check, waste in the bin and food where you’re supposed to and you shouldn’t have an issue. - Parties with additional guest visitors are not allowed without prior authorization - No more than 2 dogs are allowed without prior request and approval - Fireworks at not allowed
