We currently only use the 36 m² apartment as a vacation apartment. There is a large kitchen with an open living room and sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. You can get to the city very quickly by tram or subway. The tram is right in front of the house, the Giesinger station with subway, S-Bahn, tram and bus is 700 m away. You can also get to the mountains and the highway super fast because the apartment is only 1.5 km from the highway. The apartment is very well insulated and totally quiet. Pets are allowed on request.
