Imagine waking up to the view of the mountain at this Skyleaf top floor, end unit condo. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa on the balcony and admire the view in the morning. During the day, you could drive minutes to any of the amazing activities that Sugar Mountain offers or head to Banner Elk. At night, you could cozy up to the indoor fireplace and relax while watching tv. The end unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath with a full kitchen. There's a fireplace in the living room. Guest access You will be given a code for front door a few days of check-in. Other things to note ***As per the HOA, water valve is to be switched off if unit is vacant for more than 24 hours. Guests may have to turn on the main valve upon check in, detailed instructions and pictures in check in instructions. Please allow 1 hour after switching on for tank to fill and heat the water. Also, please allow 1 hour to fill and heat after long water use. ***Please note, when there is snow or ice, the Village of Sugar Mountain recommends vehicles with 4x4, AWD, snow chains or snow tires. Any one of these will do to maneuver safely around the mountain area during the winter months. You can purchase snow chains at the Exxon in Banner Elk right next to the Banner Elk Cafe (119 Central Way SW Banner Elk, NC 28604) or any gas station along the way. ***Please be careful during winter months, deck may be slippery. ***Summer months-There is not an AC unit at the condo, tempertures in the summer stay around mid 70's during the day and cooler at night.
