Welcome to the “treehouse” which is a 2 story home where the main level is on the 2nd floor, nestled at the same level of the trees. This peaceful home is located in the Pine Mountain lake community in Groveland, Ca. only 24 miles away from Yosemite National Park. This home backs up to wilderness. This home has 1 Exterior Ring camera doorbell, located by the ground level red entry door. This records video & audio, when activated by motion detection or pushing the ring button. The space This Airbnb can be entered from the lower or upper level. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room. The lower level has a “bonus” living room, where there is a large couch with pull out full sized bed, tv, games, game table and laundry. There is an interior stairway connecting the levels. Guest access Guests have access to the carport and the full house, both levels. Other things to note This is located in a gated community with HOA rules and regulations. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
