With approximately 3,000 square feet of space, the house easily accommodates up to 12 guests. Eight (8) passes are available for use. The community does not allow for the purchase of additional passes. **We reserve the right to charge $25/pass for any passes that are lost or not returned.** Other things to note Stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are not included. Rentals can be arranged through a local service (e.g., Gale Force Rentals) or you can bring your own. Light quilts/blankets are provided. **Please note the twin bunk beds in Bedroom 5 have king-sized pillows.** Unless left by prior guests, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, face wash) are not included.
