Guest access You will have full access to the loft apartment which can be accessed via the furthest door on the left of 309 Front St within the Marina Grounds. The porch overlooking the marina and beautiful Quinnipiac River Marina is directly off the unit. Other things to note Apple computer and desk is available in unit as well as a smart TV for streaming.
