An on site restaurant, rentals and bait and tackle shop ensure all your needs can be met directly on the property! You will have full access to the loft apartment which can be accessed via the furthest door on the left of 309 Front St within the Marina Grounds. The porch overlooking the marina and beautiful Quinnipiac River Marina is directly off the unit. I will be available in person most of the time and I can help with anything you need! Just give me a call. We have lovely full time staff on site for your convenience. Nearby to downtown New Haven, a car or Uber is the best option to get around and explore. That said, there is a lovely walking and bike path following the water which is a must! Apple computer and desk is available in unit as well as a smart TV for streaming.
