Our home is a romantic get away in the hills of West-Central Pennsylvania. You will feel at home staying in this cozy salt-box style home in rural PA. Only 6 miles away is beautiful State Park, "Parker Dam". Conveniently located to "The Elk Visitors Center", and "Kinzua Bridge Visitors Center" and several small towns and fishing, hiking and lots of outdoor activity. The home is convenient to I-80 and in route to Penn State Univ. for Penn State Football. The space The Queen bed in this large studio apartment is a Select Comfort bed. The will be instructions for the bed remote control beside the bed. There is a private bathroom off the bedroom area. Full kitchen, large living room and dining room off of the kitchen. The space is private and is perfect for vacation, business, short term, or long term rental. Guest access The space is private so you will be able to use the kitchen, dining, living areas and the back deck. There is a small grill for grilling on the deck. Please do not use a charcoal grill on the deck if you choose to bring one. For charcoal grilling, please place the grill in the grass area to the left of the driveway. Thank you! Other things to note Guests will park in the driveway to the right of the house. If we are in NOT Pennsylvania you may park anywhere in the driveway. If we are IN Pennsylvania please park in to the right side of the driveway. Your entry will be through the door to the right of the right garage door. You will receive your code on the day that you will arrive. Thank you. TV - Smart TV to allow guests streaming capabilities. You may bring your own Amazon fire stick, Roku, or other type of streaming devises.
