Our home is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars of vibrant NE Burnside and 28th Avenue. Our two bedroom bungalow makes for the perfect place to call home during your stay in Portland. The space Enjoy a spacious, bright and cozy two bedroom bungalow that features a full kitchen with chrome appliances, marble counter tops, and drip coffee maker. Have your home cooked meal at our 4-person dining table or settle into the large living room sofa while watching your streaming service of choice. Want to dine out (and outdoors)? Just walk the four short blocks to restaurant row where countless outdoor and spacious options await you. Whole Foods is also just a short walk away. Staying in? We have a kitchen full of supplies for all your cooking needs. Guest access If you are driving, complimentary street parking is available. We ask that you not use the driveway next to the house as it is reserved for the permanent residents of the property. Other things to note **PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE** When you arrive at our home, you will find a small backyard; however, please note it is for the exclusive use of the permanent tenants (please see photos to gauge the proximity between the two) and not an advertised amenity. We ask that your outdoor activities are limited to the private front patio and yard provided for you. The full ground floor airbnb is private and only accessible for our guests, but please note that there is a basement apartment rented to a night nurse who frequently sleeps during the day. For this reason, we strive to maintain a mutually peaceful and quiet environment across the property. All accommodations have private entrances and we strive to ensure the comfort of all guests during their stays. Therefore, we have a strict no smoking, no parties / events policy.
