The space Some of the rooms are on the ground floor and others on the first floor of Villa Margot. Those on the ground floor are also accessible with an independent entrance directly from the external area in front for exclusive use, such as garden/porch/patio/outdoor area/courtyard, ideal for moments of outdoor relaxation. The outdoor spaces are well defined, but they are not fenced. The rooms located on the first floor, although they do not have independent entrances, are distinguished by their excellent brightness, thanks to the presence of a private balcony and windows. The strategic location combines the proximity to central services with the convenience of private parking, although the car remains the suggested means to discover the beauty of the area. Guest access In addition to their own room, guests will have access to the refined common areas of the property: the garden with reserved parking, the cozy reception room with bar and lounge, and a beautiful sun terrace complete with Jacuzzi whirlpool (service available upon reservation and with a surcharge). For a total wellness experience, you can book our new 'Oasis of Relaxation': a private SPA for exclusive use equipped with a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage pool, emotional showers and massage booth (extra service by reservation) During your stay We are at your complete disposal to make your stay unforgettable. My staff and I love interacting with our guests, both in person and by phone, to share the secrets of our area. Whether you are looking for cultural routes, local events, food and wine excellence or advice for outdoor sports activities, we will be happy to guide you and provide you with any useful information. Other things to note - Short stays (up to 28 days) For short stays, daily cleaning of the rooms and bathroom (not provided for the two-room apartments and the kitchenette) and linen change every 3 days are included. - Long-term stays (over 28 days): For extended stays, a one-time change of bedding and bath linens is included, and extra costs for the following services are regulated as follows: Partial cleaning, only upon request, €20.00; Change of bed linen and towels, in addition to the one-off change, only upon request, €10.00; Electricity: calculated based on actual consumption. For maximum transparency, we will read the meters together at check-in and check-out. Gas: flat-rate contribution of €25.00 every 28 days; Final cleaning: €50.00 contribution. - Tourist tax: Municipal regulations require the payment of an accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per day (applied only for the first 10 days of stay). The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. The following are exempt from paying the fee: Children up to 14 years old and adults over 70 years old. Persons with disabilities (ref. Law 104) and their companion. Stays for documented health reasons or hospital admissions (patients and carers). Stays for proven work needs within the City. All other specific cases provided for in the municipal regulations in force. - Four-legged hospitality We are happy to welcome your little friends, but to ensure maximum decorum and comfort for all our guests, we follow a few simple guidelines: Type and Size: We only accept small dogs (maximum one per room). Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cats at this time. Presence and Care: Your dog must always be cared for by the owner. For the safety and well-being of the animal, it is not allowed to leave it alone in the room during your absence. Respect for the furnishings: We kindly ask that you do not let your little friend climb on the beds, armchairs, or sofas. We suggest you bring your pet's favorite bed or blanket to make them feel at home. Outdoor spaces: We remind you that outdoor spaces are not fenced; therefore, the dog must always be managed in such a way as not to disturb other guests or stray from the property.
