This gorgeous Villa is a jewel to call home throughout your stay. Enjoy spectacular views of the Great Sound from all angles of verandas and rooms. Be awestruck by fiery sunrises at dawn. Later, soak in the most breathtaking sunsets at dusk that is within a 2 minutes walk over the brow of the hill and looking over Elys Harbour. This villa is uniquely positioned and well stocked with amenities galore. Truly great for creating memorable get togethers with family, friends and or colleagues. The space This Villa is known as Gate House and sits on a 2 acre beautifully landscaped property. There are 3 main separate buildings on the property. They are 1). The Main House 2). Lemon Drop Cottage 3). Sound View Cottage. The Main House has a large section known as The Annex or The Master Suite. There is an option not to stay in this section in exchange for the use of Lemon Drop Cottage. Images of the Master Suite is depicted in the Photo Tour under the Theme section. Lemon Drop is situated behind the the Main House toward the drive and parking areas. The cottage is also separated from the Main House by a covered breezeway. The other cottage as seen on the left side of the property photo is occupied by family and separate from the main house and Lemon Drop. The other cottage has its own personal drive way and garden space. The occupants do not use the swimming pool when vacation guests have booked to stay. Therefore the pool is private. The following are available at Gate House. A description of the Annex/The Master Suite will be shown at the end of this section. Inside some of the cabinets there are toys for younger children, table cloths and crafts. Just passed the dining room, there is access to the stairs that take you down to the pool level rooms. Continuing on the upper level and just passed the stairs on the left side, there is the living room. on the right are the main entrance double doors In this area there is a desk and a separate table. Also 2 storage areas (good for suitcases, coats, jackets, etc). Next along this corridor and to the left side, there is an additonal WC powder room and a separate Maintanance/Cleaning Supply Closet. Keep walking along the corridor you will come across the Moon Gate Bedroom. *Moon Gate Bedroom (includes) 1 x Queen Bed; 1 x Single Bed; 1 x Arm Chair; side table; coffee table; lighting; desk; office chair; walk in closet with plenty of shelving, extra bedding and towels; ensuite bathroom that has shower over tub; vanity with additonal cabinet space; toiletries and hairdryer. Pool Level Rooms (on the Lower Level of Gate House) To the left as you reach the end of the stairs on the lower pool level, there is a wine cellar. Under the stairs there is space that stores additional supplies for guests as needed such as crib, child bed, baby accessories. Plus a central point for use of the Iron and Ironing Board. Looking straight ahead, there is a linen closet to the left side and a separate shower room on the right side. The linen close is well stocked with extra towels and additional bedding for both bedrooms. Passed the Linen closet is The Morning Glory Bedroom. Morning Glory Bedroom (includes) 1 x Double Bed; 1 x Queen Sofa Bed; Flat Screen TV; 2 x Side Tables; lamps; 1 White Desk and Chair; Art Work; 2 x large storage closets; Ensuite Bathroom including shower over tub; sink with surround vanity; well stocked with towels, toiletries and hair dryer. Large Glassed Windows, Bright and Airy; views of the pool and ocean. All Bedrooms have Wooden Flooring (including the Moon Gate Bedroom on the upper floor) Continuing on the Pool Level Rooms At the end of the main stairs and before the linen closet you will see a large mirror on the wall at the end of the tiled steps. You will see an office/conservatory. This leads to the outside porch and pool areas. The Office/Conservatory. (includes) 1 x Desk; Office Chair; Large Bookshelf; 4 x chairs, round table; plenty of light; views of the pool and The Great Sound. (Ocean) Passed the office on the left is The Sunrise Bedroom. Opposite this room is a separate WC Powder Room and passed this Powder Room is the Gym. The Sunrise Bedroom. (includes) 1 x Queen Bed; 2 x Arm Chair; Small Round Table; 2 x Wooden Side Tables with ample draws; 1 x Large tallboy chest of drawers; 1 desk; 2 x chairs; lamps, private doors with screens that lead to the pool porch and pool; separate walk in closet with ample strorage space including an additional large tallboy chest of drawers. The closet has shelving for extra bedding supplies. The Gym includes exercise equipment, yoga mats, some weights, TV on wall, and much more. By the main entrance door on the upper level , there is a covered Breeze way that connects Lemon Drop. Lemon Drop Cottage (includes) Queen Bedroom Suite that consists of 1 x Queen Bed; 1 dresser; 1 armour; 1 chair; 2 x side tables with device charging units; small ensuite shower bathroom with toiletries; kitchenette well stocked with hob, convection microwave oven, toaster, kettle, french press, cutlery, crockery, cups; glasses; outdoor plastic dining ware; pots n pans, 2 x counter height fridges; shelving unit for storage; cabinets for storage; Air Conditioner; Ceiling Fan. This bedroom has french doors that lead out into a garden area where there is a BBQ, 2 chaise lounges, outdoor table and 4 x chairs. Black out curtains are hung for added comfort and privacy. Across from the garden and passed the BBQ (behind the kitchenette wall of Lemon Drop, there is a separate utility area that houses the stackable washer and dryer with laundry products supplied. Back inside Lemon Drop and on entrance is the main living room (opposite the bedroom). This living room includes 1 x single bed; 1 x queen sofa bed; coffee table; arm chair; counter height round dining table with up to 3 stool chairs; Flat Screen TV; Ceiling Fan; 4 x Roman Shades for the 4 windows (All Blackout); lighting; small desk and chair. There is ample outdoor furniture on all levels for guest use. Including BBQ's, Pool Floats/Toys, Ping Pong Table, Outdoor covered Bar area and fridge There are 2 parking spaces for electric rental cars with chargers on the property and parking for scooters. In all Gate House is approximately 6000 square feet including the covered veranda and porches. There are so many indoor and outdoor special places to relax, entertain and be comfortable. You can party, have lots of games with family/friends and or quietly slip away and have some peaceful solitude time to refresh and relax. Here is a description of The Annex/The Master Suite (please note the rental of this section does not include rental of Lemon Drop). Requests to book Lemon Drop is possible subject to availability. Please also refer to photographs that are shown in the Theme Section of the Photo Tour. The Master Suite is situated on the upper level and just past the Moongate Bedroom at the end of the Main Hallway. Once you go through the entrance door you will be standing in another Hallway. To the left is a separate white door to the Californian Supersized King Bedroom. This Bedroom has A Tallboy, A dresser, A large comfy Armchair, 2 Solid wood matching side tables, a mirror, hairdryer in a wooden box and a Massage Table. There is an additional Study/Bedroom to the right side when you walk through the Master Suite entrance door. This room has a pull out double sofa bed, a desk, armchair, lighting, tables, Drawers and TV. Also exercise products and yoga mats. The Hall way in the Master Suite has plenty of storage space. The Master Suite Bathroom has a large Jacuzzi Bathtub, a separate walk in shower, lots of storage, double sinks and cabinets Guest access All registered guests have full access to all areas of Gate House and Lemon Drop. Plus full access of the lawn and pool areas. Arrangements can be made for a tour upon are soon after arrival. There is also an option to have a video tour once a booking has been confirmed. Other things to note Our Location is exceptionally beautiful and unique. Only 40 minutes ride from the airport. Were within 15 to 20 minutes of the most stunning beaches and online deliveries on pretty much anything that is needed is only a phone call or online order away. This is a Happy Place.
