Victorian Charm near Lake Erie with hot tub

Silver Creek is situated on Lake Erie, with several beaches and bays nearby. It is 3 miles from Rt. 90, Exit 58. Our house is less than a mile from the lake, an easy walk. The space We live in a Victorian home with high ceilings, large rooms and original woodwork. The front of the home is on a village street while the back of the home faces Walnut Creek. The entry to the home is shared, along with the kitchen and laundry room. We have a friendly Cavapoo puppy, Millie, who would love to meet your dog and make a new friend. Guest access Outside: You will have access to the covered front porch, back deck, grill, fire pit, and relaxing hot tub. Walnut Creek runs as our back property line. Tennis courts and pickleball courts are a 2 minute walk away. Lake Erie is an easy 11 minute walk, 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes away by car. You can fish in our back yard! It's a short walk to the park, drug store, library, post office, bank and more. We have bicycles, too, which you are free to use. Inside: You will have a private bedroom with your own private ensuite bathroom, exclusive use of the dining and living rooms, shared entry, shared kitchen and laundry room. During your stay We are both social people, who want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. That comfort includes privacy. While we'd love to get to know you, you will have complete privacy to the extent you desire. Other things to note We're 5 minutes from Sunset Bay Beach, an hour from Niagara Falls, 45 minutes from Buffalo, 45 minutes from Buffalo International Airport, we are on a scenic wine trail and within an hour of several ski resorts, golf courses and 3 major casinos.
