Cottage on Private, Sandy, Lake Michigan Beach

The cottage is in Oceana County, Michigan about two miles south of Stony Lake. The cottage is far off the nearest road, with a private sandy beach. The lake bottom is also sandy--no rocks or stones. We have 200 feet of frontage on Lake Michigan. The lake level is down so we have a wider beach than in previous years. However, we still ask that there be no beach fires in order to keep the beach looking clean. There is a portable fire pit close to the cottage which is perfect for gathering around. The cottage is in a rural area which keeps it quiet. The nearest convenience store is 2 miles away in Stony Lake. Please check back with us after Labor Day 2025 for 2026 availability. (Please note: Cottage is closed for the winter between mid-October and mid-May. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.)
