Welcome to our home! This house is located in a perfect spot, right off the main blvd with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, & coffee shops. Also, where you will be staying is located only 10 minutes from Downtown Little Rock, & 25 minutes from Pinnacle Mountain State Park. This house includes: - Self Check-in - Stocked kitchen - Free Wifi - Free Netflix - Living Room & Game Room HD TV's - Enhanced cleaning measures - Large Fenced-In Backyard The space The house is situated on a hill, so the driveway is very steep. There are stairs provided next to the driveway that are less angled and make the walk up much easier. The backyard is very large & entirely fenced in, so perfect if you're bringing your dog(s) or children. Inside the house you'll find a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you will need to cook, enjoy a cup of coffee, or just eat your takeout. Next is a large front room with plenty of room for larger groups, & provided is a TV for guest who want to watch their favorite shows. After that we have the game room, which has a queen hide-a-bed which is perfect for children or teenagers to enjoy. In that room we also provide a TV with free Netflix & Hulu. For sleeping purposes, we have a King Suite, Queen Room, & Twin room. In total (including the hide-a-bed & a queen air mattress in the laundry room), that provides 9 spots for you & your family to comfortably sleep. For larger groups, we provide a queen air mattress that sleeps another 2, + the living room couch which can sleep 1-2. Other things to note Pet fee does apply
