A: Yes, if the listing was empty the night prior. Otherwise, you can store your luggage on site starting at 12pm (upon request) Q: Is smoking allowed? A: We allow vaping, e-cigarettes, and smoking on the back patio as long as the windows and doors are closed. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or in the front of the home. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the home, a $500.00 fee will be charged for ozone treatment. No Parties or Large Gatherings Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. A fee of $1,000 will be charged if there is evidence of such events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please include any additional guests at the time of booking. Any unapproved gatherings or parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes at the front door to help keep the house clean for all guests. You are welcome to bring your own house slippers if needed. Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted for liability and insurance reasons. No Pets To accommodate future guests with allergies, pets are not allowed on the property. Quiet Hours Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas, to respect our neighbors. Security Cameras Security cameras monitor all exterior entryways and the patio for security purposes. These cameras record video and audio 24/7.
