Original waterfront family home with panoramic Lake Washington views. Entire upper level of this Colonial style home with shared basement laundry and yard. Does not include lower level ADU with separate entrance. Must love dogs. Located in the coveted Enatai neighborhood among towering evergreens with woodland parks, walking trails, and bike paths. Ideal location for a serene vacation or WFH spot. 20 minutes from SeaTac Airport. The space This Elizabeth Ayer custom designed split-level was the childhood home of your host. The floor squeaks in spots and the old growth timber siding is weathered but the care and preservation of the interior of the house shines through with all the comforts. Wifi, Parking, A/C, Smart TVs, Upright Piano, Massage Table, Espresso Machine, and 2 indoor Fireplaces (one gas, one wood-burning) are among the favorite amenities. Each of the 3 bedrooms has 1 bed with additional sleeping on the leather queen-size fold-out sofa-bed in the living room. There are 3 Smart TVs (no cable) with Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions. The home is well appointed with original furniture and artwork. If you want to work, chill, do yoga, cook, sew or enjoy your morning coffee on the sun deck , you'll find inspiration. If you want to jump in the lake, please use the ladder at the end of the dock. 1 pet (under 50 Lbs) is welcome with advanced notice and authorization. (Many dog breeds are banned by our insurance so please verify your pet before booking). There is a $95 pet fee per stay. Food bowls and water reservoir provided. Please bring your own pet bed. Guest access The house is at the bottom of a shared driveway. Park in the right-hand carport space facing the fence and the "PARKING RESERVED FOR MUM'S" sign. Please do not park in the left-hand space facing the "NO PARKING" sign. A 2nd car can park behind the 1st car in the right-hand space. Parking is also available all along the fence at the road but please don't block the mailboxes. Other things to note The laundry/sewing room in the basement is a shared space. The yard and waterfront are shared spaces. There is a caretaker's apartment (ADU) with separate entrance on the lower level of this house. It has one part-time occupant and a very friendly dog.
