The contemporary galley style kitchen opens to the living room equipped with Smart TV and wood burning fireplace. A small dining area is adjacent as well as access to the partially finished basement. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, both with 400 thread count sheets and a variety of pillows for even the pickiest sleeper. The primary bedroom has direct access to the newly renovated bathroom with large shower and double sink vanity. In the basement relax on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite show on the large Smart TV. A fooseball table and assorted games and books can entertain the whole family. The third bedroom is in the basement as well as the second bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for guest use. Take a seat on the front porch or back patio and soak up the beautiful natural surroundings. Mature maple trees surround and you are likely to hear the sounds of cicadeas on a warm summer night. The patio has a table for four with umbrella for shade. A detached garage is just off the patio. Guests are welcome to park in the garage which can accommodate two cars.
