The apartment has windows and balconies on both sides which keep it cool in the hotter days. There are 3 fans as well, and an AC unit can be made available during the couple of days of summer when we get an unusual heat wave. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and to the balcony in front. The apartment has two large bedrooms and a den that can be separated from the living room and turned into a third bedroom.
