WELCOME TO OUR SPACE AMONG MOUNTAINS WITH COFFEE SCENT We are located in the geographical center of Puerto Rico in the picturesque town of Orocovis. A Hacienda that represents history, ancestors in the agriculture and coffee industry. The farm's crops produce coffee, bananas, citrus fruits, and other fruits. It also has an orchard that supplies much of what is prepared in the hacienda's restaurant. In addition to operating as an agricultural entity, this accommodation space allows you to connect with nature, learn about Puerto Rico's coffee industry, and enjoy the countryside's beauty. You can also enjoy our “Coffee Tours” during our harvest season, which is usually from August to December and are offered on different pre-set dates and at different times. As for our lodging, Hacienda Moraica is divided into two areas located in the middle of the greenery and vegetation of our fields. ONLY WEEKENDS ARE BOOKED. The remodeled house, LA HEREDAD, is part of the original coffee plantation from 1945. It has 12 “luxury” rooms with preserved elements, as well as a semi-colonial and bohemian design. Its beautiful balconies and windows connect you with immense mountains that will accompany you throughout your stay. On the other hand, there are THE VILLAS, which are designed to share with family and friends. Las Villas Coffee & Mountain View 5 Person W / Air Conditioner Spacious apartments, with a capacity of up to 5 people. Everyone can enjoy the amenities of the property, such as swimming pools, restaurant, bar, playground, hiking, among others. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms. One of the rooms has a full bed and air conditioning. The second room has a full bed, a twin bed and air conditioning. It also has a private bathroom, a full kitchen that has its refrigerator and stove and a living area to eat or rest. Its balconies have a direct view of the "La Promesa" coffee plantation. For the apartments in the Villas, each visitor must bring their personal toiletries, as well as the utensils required for the kitchen. Still, the restaurant is available for lunches and dinners. Hacienda Moraica's facilities and amenities are for the exclusive use of its guests. They are delivered completely clean and the cleaning service at the end is included.
