The Moore House is located in the Florence downtown revitalization district 1. This stand alone cottage offers a private space for those working locally from out of town. Central location offers easy commute and avoids most traffic congestion. The space The stand alone cottage is set on a 1900s Estate home lot. It comes with vaulted ceiling and second level window for great light. A loft (inaccessible) rest above the master bedroom. It has a dedicated parking space directly in front for your convenience and overflow parking if needed. The main house is also a short term rental containing 8 units. Guest access The cottage is a guest private space which includes cottage patio. Laundry is located in the common space just inside the rear entrance of the main house. It is coin operated.
