Come relax in this comfy, cozy Waldo home! *The home is a 2-story house with a main level (the level you walk in at), a 2nd floor (this level requires you go up a flight of stairs to reach) and a basement (requires you to walk down a flight of stairs down from the main level)* - Main Floor/Level Rooms - (*Note there is not a bathroom on the main level of the home*) Living Room: Enjoy a large sectional that can comfortably fit 4 people. Additional arm chair for added seating. The Smart TV is fully equipped with Netflix so you can enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows. Sadly the fireplace is out of commission - it’s a bummer. Sunroom: Use this space as an office, playroom or a reading room! It has wonderful sunlight throughout the day! Dining Room: Visible from the kitchen and living room, provides loads of space to entertain or play games. Seats six persons. Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and loads of cooking utensils, pots/pans, if you enjoy cooking! - Second Floor Rooms - (*Note both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs*) Main Bedroom: Comfortable King size bed, Smart TV with free Netflix, two walk in closets and the best part, an outdoor patio with seating for two! Great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Second bedroom: Queen size bed, Smart TV with free Netflix and a large closet for storing your clothing or belongings. Full bathroom: Recently updated with modern champagne bronze Delta fixtures. One complimentary travel size shampoo/conditioner, body wash and body lotion provided (additional bottles can be purchased from Host upon request). - Basement - Open space where kids can play or belongings can be stored. There is a 1/2 bathroom in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer located in the unfinished portion of the basement. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. You will have your own entrance, and private driveway for parking, and full reign of the space. Other things to note House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet time---10:00pm to 7:00am. Extra Extra! *Large fenced in backyard! Pets are welcome with host approval and $45 pet stay fee. Please keep muddy paws outside :) (An additional $20 fee per pet will be added if guest(s) bring more than 2 pets) *Early check-in/check-out available as cleaning schedule allows ($20 fee) *Keyless entry! Code will be sent 6 hrs before check-in *Private driveway *Pack n Play and high chair available for use.
