Perfect location!!! Welcome to The Blue Flamingo! This suite will charm you with its beachy vibe and its laid-back comforts. Just a quick walk, bike, or drive to the historic Sponge Docks, Main Street Tarpon, 2 unique beaches, restaurants and various parks, bike trails, you are sure to have a fun experience in this quaint coastal town. Booking age: 25 yrs and up. Excellent Location! The space This -studio- suite is 360 sq ft with a queen bed and a queen pullout couch. The beds are very cozy with beautiful fresh linens, and extra linens are available. The queen sofa sleeper can be made up ahead of time by request. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious (photos do not do the space justice) with endless hot water. There is a Murphy table for two, or you could use it as an office area. The kitchen area does not have a stove top but does have a microwave/convection oven. The kitchen is stocked with pans, cookware, mixing bowls, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee, coffee maker, tea, tea kettle, and toaster. Private fenced and gated outdoor patio.😊 Must be 25 years or older to book a stay. Guest access Keyless entry , guests have access to their own private -studio- apartment, private entrance, and private patio, which is fenced and gated. 1 carport parking space, and street parking. There are security cameras on property, but no cameras that point or infringe on the airbnb private patio, front door, and no cameras inside the unit. NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Other things to note No live Cable-TV provided; However, we do provide Wi-Fi, Hulu, Netflix, HBO max, and Prime videos. If you need cable, be sure to bring your own login and passwords for the apps that you desire. •Quiet hours 11pm-7am •No stove top. •No freezer •Convection oven and microwave provided. •Tarpon Springs Events: •First Friday of every month Festival: Arts, crafts, food, and so much more.
