The approx. 50 m² apartment is located in the old town of Dietzenbach and is on the top floor of the two-story house. The nearest S-Bahn stop is about a 2-minute walk. Surrounding there are a few nice and good restaurants as well as two supermarkets. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment kitchen is equipped for cooking with the basic utensils and in the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.
