You’ll enjoy the stylish décor of this charming place to stay. The space Our home offers two furnished bedrooms with a private bath on second floor. One room has a queen size bed. The second room has a full/queen size bed. Both bedrooms are complete with comfortable mattress. This is a great space to work, study or relax and watch your Netflix or Hulu shows. Hardwood floors throughout main floor. Complementary tea bag and coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker are provided in the kitchen. For people who want to explore Portland's unique coffee scene, you will find a French press and hot water pot for your use. Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all main cooking tools and gadgets. There is free 24/7 wifi access, and flat screen TV. There is a working Desk, office Chair A washing machine and dryer are located in laundry room on first floor, and can be used for small loads of laundry during your stay. Laundry facility is available for long term guests (7+ nights). The private patio and backyard can be accessed off the living room, and is a great outdoor living space to enjoy the weather. Enjoy lunch/ dinner on a fire table. (Please request host for instructions before using the BBQ and Fire table). Our neighborhood is safe and peaceful Guest access Guests also have access to the fabulous kitchen and living room as well as the restful yard, deck, bbq, and fire table. You can park right outside the home on the curb side. We have a numeric lock at the front door that opens with a code. Other things to note The space is NOT setup for kids. Relax in the space - but please note that out of respect for the neighbors and future guests, the property and house are tobacco free. Dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed in the property. For security purposes, we ask that all of our guests have a complete Airbnb profile before we accept booking requests. Basic contact information (phone number & email address) must be verified, and your Offline ID (e.g. driver's license) should be linked to your account. Please note we have a 3 years old beautiful Persian cat in house.
