Unwind in the large open plan dining and comfy lounge room with ceiling fans, AC, TV & magazines. This top level has a family bathroom with bathtub, laundry and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is perfect for adults with a king bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and sliding door to the deck. Bedroom 2 is a great kids room with a single bed and single bunk beds (top bunk only suitable for a child), ceiling fan & wardrobe. Now head back down the stairs to the tranquil fishpond with its trickling fountain. Here is Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, pedestal fan, shelves, (only accessed by an external door).
