Offering a uniquely tranquil setting, conveniently located close to all the most sought-after travel destinations such as: The grand canyon, Flagstaff, Snowbowl, Williams and Sedona. Relax at this luxury cabin with AC and forget about anything that troubles you, the pinnacle of relaxation awaits you! The space The entire place is thoughtfully decorated and set up with one purpose in mind. To create a one-of-a-kind, upscale, luxury cabin experience for you and your group! Our property offers lots of opportunities to take in the unique mountain views that northern Arizona has to offer. You get to enjoy these through big, modern windows from the inside, or by enjoying one of the many wrap-around patios, facing the forest. Once accessed through the main door, you will find yourself in our open concept living and dining area. Sit back and relax on our beautiful leather couch or one of our elegant reading chairs. You are welcome to log into any of your streaming services on our big-screen flat TV. The most common ones are already pre-installed and ready to go once you access them. This is also one of our favorites spots to simply enjoy the views, right out of the comfort of our living room! Ignite our gas-powered fireplace with just the flick of a switch for an even more serene ambiance. The half bathroom is located close by and comes with a toilet and sink. Towards the rear we have our dining area, offering comfortable seating around our solid wood dining table with more views of the forest. The kitchen is located right next to it and is any home cook’s dream! Enjoy our beautifully crafted workspaces and countertops for easy prep work. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the most used tools, gadgets, and amenities, such as: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, knives, utensils, and more! Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require further information or need any more specific details; we are always happy to help! The master bedroom with its attached bathroom can also be found on the main floor. It is located to your left after accessing the living room. This is the biggest of the bedrooms and great sleeping space for any guest who wants to limit or avoid having to take stairs at this property. A great night’s sleep is guaranteed on our brand new, king-sized bed! For those who want to be productive during their stay, or who need to homeschool, we have also set up a dedicated workspace in here, with a modern desk, chair, and a monitor that can easily be connected to a laptop, for dual-screening purposes. The attached master bathroom comes with a gorgeous and spacious, walk-in shower that will treat you like royalty! In here you will also find access to a big walk-in closet, offering ample storage space for your belongings, as well as access to our family amenities such as a pack and play and a highchair. Taking a flight of stairs to the upper level, you will find the remaining guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom. Turning to your left at the top of the stairs, we have another gorgeous bedroom that comes with another brand-new king-sized bed as well as a bunk bed with two full-sized mattresses. This room is the perfect sleeping space for any family with children that want their own sleeping spaces, without being too far apart from their parents as well as for any group members that enjoy a sleep-over atmosphere! The huge walk-in closet offers lots of storage space as well. Turning to your right after reaching the top floor, you will find the last of our guest bedrooms. In here we have another beautiful and comfortable king-sized bed, another flat-screen smart TV as well as a little reading area with a reading chair and a side table. The highlight however is the private deck that can be accessed through this bedroom only. Although this is the smallest of the patios, it offers comfortable seating in high-quality wood furniture for up to two guests. The perfect spot to enjoy your favorite wine while stargazing or to simply take in the views! Nestled between the guest bedrooms we have our guest bathroom. This modernly decorated bathroom comes with an elegant shower/tub combination, toilet, and sink. Taking a flight of stairs to the lower level, you will gain access to our luxurious entertainment area! Here we have another fully set-up living room, with another flat screen smart TV, an old-school Nintendo gaming system with gaming classics such as Super Mario, Tennis, and similar. Sit back on our comfortable couch and get your game on! Not so much into gaming? How about a round of table tennis, darts, or billiard? We got you covered! Please enjoy our convertible billiard table! In addition, we also have a wide variety of beloved board games such as Monopoly, Chess, and more! In addition to our beautiful wrap-around patios, that offers a unique perspective on the surrounding forest, we also have an alluring backyard, which can be accessed through the back door in our two-car garage. Please note: only one garage door is currently operable allowing for a single car to be parked here. Here we have a gas-powered, firepit with seating, that is just perfect to enjoy the pleasant summer nights out. The pinnacle of glamping, with stellar views of the night sky! Please feel free to use our multi-burner Weber gas-grill during your stay! Soak and relax in our brand new luxury spa, with adjustable jets and light features! Our property is pet-friendly, offering you the opportunity to have a family vacation with the entire family, furry companions included! We charge a one-time pet fee of 100$/dog and allow up to two dogs per stay. Guest access We will send detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival, which contain a 4 digit code needed to open the lockbox (located at the entrance) in which you will find the property key. Other things to note Please no smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules. We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ and firepit. The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” watercolor - Or similar issues We will charge a 200$ fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. This property is pet friendly, we allow up to 2 dogs per stay at an additional one-time fee of 100$/dog. Please communicate with us during your booking process or stay how many pets, if any, you are bringing and we will update your booking accordingly.
