Casita in Arroyo Seco area, conveniently located: 10 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley & 15 minutes to Taos plaza. Private, quiet with abundant light & beautiful views of mountains & sunsets. Fully furnished. 1 bdrm w/ Queen bed, full-size W/D, dishwasher, fully furnished kitchen. Comfy radiant heat. Private deck with table/chairs & grill. Located in foothills of Sangre de Cristo mountains. Hike,bike,walk right outside the door or 5 minute drive to mountain hiking trails. Fast & reliable Wi-Fi. The space This sweet little house is completely separate and private from the main house. The homes in the neighborhood are spread out, approximately one house per 2 acres--just to give an idea of the space. There are great views to the East (the mountains), and the West (sunsets). It is a quiet neighborhood, located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Ponderosa & Aspens dot the meadow setting. The deck has a partial latilla fence around it so gives it some privacy but still maintaining stunning views! There are lots of windows, including a kitchen window looking out to the Taos Mountains (El Salto), and the living room has 2 large windows for views to the East, South and West to include mountains and sunsets! The house has an open floor plan. It is 650 sq feet, plus a deck and patio out the south side of the house. The deck area has a privacy fence, table & chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a quality mattress and high quality cotton sheets and a down comforter. There is a large closet, a dresser, & night stands with lamps next to the bed. Kitchen has diswasher and gas stove/oven. The living room has a sofa, a comfy club chair, TV/ DVD player, and Roku. The floors are saltillo tile, with vigas and plaster walls-typical of homes in northern NM. The bedroom is carpet. Note, there is a discount for weekly stays, and we will consider longer-terms stays also. Guest access House is private and separated from other homes in the area. Private driveway/parking .
