Bright 2-room apartment designed to inspire your senses, overlooking the 3-hectare crystal clear lagoon, where you can enjoy nautical activities and the sandy beach. Only 45 km from the Federal Capital You can also find shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, Temaiken, Hospital Austral, La Aldea, Rush, supermarkets and much more within 10/20 minutes. IMPORTANT - READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING The space Apartment with 2 rooms, with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. It has a large balcony with a grill, to enjoy delicious roasts and impressive sunsets. Kitchen, living room, dining room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Master bedroom with dressing room, TV, mosquito net and ceiling fan. Full bathroom with bidet and bathtub. It is located in a gated neighborhood with 24-hour security, and its access is all paved and through main arteries. It should be noted that the balcony does not have a protective net, so young children need permanent supervision from their parents in that space. Guest access You can enjoy the beach all year round and in season swim in the lagoon (on Tuesdays it is closed for cleaning and maintenance). There is a special area for small children, which is fenced. Despite this, minors must be supervised by a responsible adult. Boats offered at the dock (kayak, paddle board, windsurf) can be used free of charge. Other things to note Only bookings of 3 to 7 days include sheets and towels, for longer rentals you must bring your own. If you would like us to provide them, please inquire about the additional cost. The cleaning fee refers to leaving the apartment in optimal condition for your entry. Daily or any other type of cleaning is not included. The lagoon and amenities cannot be used after check-out, as the authorization to be inside the complex expires Late check-out can be done if there are no reservations and the rate until 5:00 pm will be 50% of the nightly rate, after that time it will be 100%. Check-in is until 8:00 pm. After that time and until midnight, a $20 fee will be charged, and check-in will not be accepted after midnight.
