The renovation of 1st swimming pool ended 01 nov 2021. The 2nd one ends 10 dec 2021. We finalized the complete renovation of the flat in November 2021 and we put all our heart and motivation in this project. The decoration is very colorful, delicate, and the furniture partly from BALI. It's a very zen place where you really feel like relaxing and spending good time. The residence has all comfort you need to you holidays - internationale SXM airport is 10 mn drive - Marigot is 10 mn drive - Baie Rouge Beach is 1 mn drive (one of the most beautiful and wild) - MAHO beach (next airport) on dutch side is only 10 mn drive (party places) Guest access The entrance to the ANSE MARGOT residence is just opposite that of the MERCURE HOMMAGES hotel. It is preferable to rent a car in SAINT MARTIN, it is very economical, from 12 € / day on the JETCOST site The residence is secure and monitored at night by a security guard. The parking spaces are free.
