The space Welcome to our rural quinta in the charming village of Vila do Mato, in the municipality of Tábua. You will stay in a spacious, quiet room with private bathroom on the ground floor, with French doors to a private terrace — the perfect place to relax in the morning sun or with a book in the afternoon. Our house has several guest rooms. During your stay, you may share the pool with other guests, but there is always plenty of space to enjoy in peace. For extra privacy, there is a separate entrance especially for our guests. The quinta is surrounded by nature and our horses graze on the meadows around the house. It is a wonderful place for nature lovers, peace seekers and anyone who wants to enjoy rural Portuguese life. Guest access Guests have access to their private room and private bathroom. In addition, there is a private entrance for guests, separate from the private part of the house. You are welcome to use the swimming pool (shared with other guests if present) and to walk around the grounds around the house, where our horses can also be seen. Please note that the kitchen and private areas of the main residence are not accessible to guests. During your stay We find it important that our guests feel welcome, but we also respect your privacy. We live on the property ourselves and are usually available for questions or tips about the area. Other things to note Registration requirement (SEF) – Important for all guests: According to Portuguese law, we are required to register every guest with the immigration service SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras). Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide a copy of a valid ID or passport of all travelers prior to arrival. This data is used exclusively for this legal obligation and treated strictly confidentially. • Barbecue There is a shared barbecue available on the premises, which guests can use freely.
