There is a table and chairs you can use in the kitchen or living area for eating or working. A full-size murphy bed stows away during the day and 2 big mid-century style chairs make up the living room furniture. There is a separate built-in work space/desk. WiFi and a smart TV are included for you to watch your Netflix & Hulu accounts. We've added an 8'x10' walk-in closet to the studio for added storage. There is a new washer/dryer for your personal use. Access to the common courtyard with a gas grill and patio furniture provides a nice quiet outside space for lounging.
