There are two grocery stores within three blocks and tons of great local and chain restaurants all within a half mile, several of them offer delivery. This chaming studio comes with its own off street parking space right below the apartment. Furnished with a comfortable queen size Molecule memory foam mattress & bed frame, a loveseat sofa, adjustable laptop stand, and a small dining table that seats 2. The kitchen is fully appointed with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. This bright and airy 400 square foot studio is equipped with AC, Wifi, and a SmartTV that includes a device to run Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and Pandora. The unit is accessed via the alley behind the main house through the gate in front of the guest parking spot located next to the garage. Our unit is designated with an AirBnb signs located both in the front and rear of our home to avoid any location identity issues. Enter the gate and walk up to the studio apartment above the garage which is detached from the main house and accessible by the rear alley. Everything you need is contained in the studio apartment. If you have something in mind we may not have thought of please communicate with us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Complimentary Laundry facilities available once a week. Please note that for your security we have external cameras to monitor both the front and rear of the home I will provide my cell phone number once you are checked in and will be available as needed for help with anything especially with restaurant recommendations as I am a total “Foodie”. The Gothic Theatre is within walking distance, as well as Swedish, Craig and Porter hospitals, grocery stores, laundromat, and plenty of restaurants. Moe's BBQ is nearby and a great place to hang out before a concert or if you want to play some pool, arcade games, or bowl a few frames (the Stingers there are amazing!). Spicy Basil Asian Grill offers delivery and great food. Park Burger is very close by for those seeking a fabulous cheeseburger and truffle fries. For an amazing breakfast, hit the “Morning Collective” just a little further down the road on Broadway. An abundance of bars and shops up and down Broadway to explore. If you love tacos, Cochino Taco’s is within a mile of the unit. Sushi connoisseurs will totally LOVE Izakaya Den ; ) As you may have heard, Denver just opened up their light rail to the airport. You can take the train to within 1.5 miles and grab an Uber from there if you don't have other transportation options. Maximum 2 adults Please be courteous and clean up after yourself. The cleaning fee is meant for normal turnover of the room and is kept reasonable as a result. 420 is ok indoors but smoking tobacco products are allowed only outside or on the patio-not inside the unit. You must also acknowledge Dog(s) live in the main house and gate must be securely closed at all times. Please note that if guests smoke tobacco products inside the studio an additional $150 fee will be assessed.
