Great place for family, friends or business travel. Seperate entrance to full apartment (similar to a duplex) with parking, connected to our home but completely private. Everything you need for cooking is here or we can loan to you. Large bedrooms with luggage tables, desk and seating. Roomy bathrooms with lots of counter space & products. 3 TV’s (sunroom & bedrooms). bluetooth speakers for use on property. Beautiful backyard with basketball court, seating. We can provide wood, starters, s'mores package, corn hole for additional fee. we have a cot but it will make the 2nd bdrm crowded. Although we allow small children, you’ll need to be comfortable with stairs. we have temporary gates but supervision will be needed. The railroad runs thru the center of Bearden. If you’re a light sleeper you may hear the train infrequently. The bdrms are at the back so most people don’t hear it but you might. I keep fans and sound machines in the apt. You may occasionally hear us if there’s loud noise or a loud friend but it’s rare or faint. We’ve been closed for remodeling so the washer and dryer are no longer in a shared space. I’m happy to help out if you end up with a laundry need. just ask and we’ll come up with something. Stop by the neighborhood craft brewery or hop on greenway from our driveway and enjoy our wonderful nearby park. Whole Food, Trader Joes, Food City, Kroger are all close-by. Guest access Large backyard with seating and basketball court. Other things to note You will have complete privacy. Please respect our neighbors & noise ordinances especially after 10pm outside. Please no parties, no pets and no smoking inside. We can work with you if you have a special request or need. Let us know if you will be having guests over and if you have a request for an extra overnight guest. We love our home and our city and we look forward to sharing them with you. We ask that you take good care of our home and furnishings and to do basic cleaning after cooking so that we can continue to host guests here.
