Part of our family compound it is situated on a quiet street . Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy the refreshing, cool breezes, the courtyard garden, large upper terrace (we recently had a family celebration for more than 60 people) also a large covered terrace on the main floor. Designed for easy entertainment almost every room has an amazing view and direct access to the out side. Figs and grapes ripen outside the windows and there’s a market just up the road for groceries. You’ll also find a well known Lebanese restaurant, and also within walking distance a more casual pizza and steakhouse restaurant. The spacious interior is on three levels, tastefully decorated with many period features .The main and lower floor being the original stone house with vaulted ceilings. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, internet connection, TV/DVD and board games ,pool table and a library are for your use. A large sitting room, on the main floor, is styled to show off the amazing vaulted stone work with a fireplace and flows into the adjoining TV room and This floor also contains a sizeable dining room and a well-stocked kitchen, guest bathroom and entry hall with built in library.All rooms open with easy flow to the large covered terrace ready for dining out or just chilling and enjoying the view. The top floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dressing areas, a kitchenette and laundry room. These rooms open onto another huge terrace equipped with awning & perfect for entertaining .A basketball net and table-tennis are also available to guests. The lowest floor, also vaulted has a bedroom with queen bed plus a family room with 3 beds dorm style with full shower room. There is also a private entrance door on this floor. Other things to note Electricity and water are in short and erratic supply in Lebanon and we do our best to provide as much as possible with a combination of government, private and generator supply. WiFi is always available. You will find the kitchen well stocked with basics and there are ample towels and bathroom necessities and everything you would expect in a home.
