The Space This fully renovated 2BR/2BA home features a designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee maker, air fryer, USB outlets, and a full set of dishes, utensils, and cookware — including kid-friendly and poolside-safe options. The master bedroom includes a King bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, with ample storage in both rooms. A third sleeping space in the living room includes an oversized sofa with pull-out sofa bed. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and cozy blankets are all provided. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, makeup-remover cloths, hair dryer, basic toiletries, and shower dispensers with fully stocked soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Outdoor Oasis Enjoy exclusive access to the private, newly remodeled backyard and pool area, complete with cushioned loungers, rocking chairs, outdoor sofa, full dining set, umbrellas, propane BBQ, and misted cooling fan. The pool can be heated or chilled depending on the season for a daily fee. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are also included for your seaside adventures. All areas of the home listed in the description are exclusively yours. Please note: the backyard hot tub is not available for guest use. The water is untreated and not prepared for bathing, so we kindly ask that you refrain from entering this area. Other things to note This home is privately owned, and we kindly ask that guests treat it with the same care and respect as they would their own. Pool Safety: For your safety, please avoid using glass in or around the pool area. Security: Exterior cameras monitor entrances and exits to help keep everyone safe.
