The space The cabin is located at the top of Holtardalen, so here you are close to yourself in Norway's fifth largest cabin field. The cabin is surrounded by great nature and has panoramic views of Hardangervidda and Raulandsfjell, which take your breath away! Slalåm trail, ski slopes and forest and hiking terrain in the immediate vicinity. The cabin is warm and inviting for coziness and coziness! ! It has 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with double beds with quality duvets and pillows in down. One of the bedrooms also has IKEA cot (137cm long). Travel bed, dining chair and changing mattress for baby/toddler are among the amenities. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, and a laundry room with a toilet on the 1st floor. The cabin has a cozy living room with a flat screen in addition to spacious open living and kitchen solution on the 1st floor, as well as a practical ski storage with a private entrance. A large terrace surrounds the cabin, with different seating areas and a barbecue. A shelter will be at the guests' disposal. Accommodation equipment must be brought.. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of most. 12-13 minutes drive to the nearest store in Rauland center. Other things to note Amenities such as heated cabin when you arrive (heat pump), travel bed, changing mattress and dining chair for baby/toddler, are some of the amenities. The outdoor kitchen has no running water, only a grill, pizza oven and preparation bench. 1st floor: The main bathroom, and toilet/utility room/technical room. Living room with open solution to dining room and kitchen, as well as ski storage room with own entrance. 2 exits to the terrace. Heating cables in all floors. Wood burning fireplace. Firewood is included in the rent. 2nd floor: All the bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to balconies. Loft living room with large sofa and flat screen. 3 of bedrooms have 160 cm bed, and 1 bedroom has 150 cm bed with tempur mattress, and a pull-out wax bed for children 137X80 cm (see photo in the listing). Bring your own linen (linen) (the mattress is double 160x200 cm), and towels. Bed linen and towels can also be rented for a surcharge of NOK 250 per person. That needs to be clarified with landlord at least a week before the stay. It is ski in/out slalom, as the trail is just above the cabin. To stand cross-country skiing out /in from the cabin, you have to go through a climb to a trail network located above the cabin in Silkdalen. Or you can stand on the cross-country skis down the slalom slope (children's slope)which is just below the cabin. The ski lift on the same hill can be used on the return trip (about NOK 50 for single trip). The elevator goes all the way up to the cabin. If this does not tempt, the cross-country skiing tracks are a short car ride from the cabin. Holtarvegen and farm road to the cabin are steep. Despite good clearing and litter, you may want to bring aids such as chains, etc., if you are stuck. With 4 WD it's not a problem. It is recommended to back up the farm road. There are large amounts of snow in winter, so you have to expect to shovel your way to the door 1-2 meters, if it's been a while since the last guest. Utensils are easily accessible on the outside of the entrance.
