The space This traditional lower cottage flat which is attached and sits below main cottage. The cottage is for a maximum of two adults only you have the sole use of the lower flat. You have your own private entrance with lockable door and use of a private garden with a wood burning hottub. You are next to the Bothlyn burn and a waterfall and walkways a minute from your door. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS A SMALL HILL LEADING TO THE COTTAGE. It has a bedroom with double bed, dressing gowns to chill out in. your own bathroom with shower and bath,with complimentary shampoo conditioner and shower gel, a sitting room with tv, A kitchen with cooker washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, we supply complimentary coffee and tea for during your stay. A small selection of cereal and milk are also left for you during your stay. You have your own private part of the garden with outdoor chairs. and pizza oven, to enjoy making your own pizza, also a Ninja outdoor grill and a wood burning outdoor fire and a Wood burning hot tub all wood supplied. THE HOT TUB WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BE USED ON DAY OF DEPARTURE AS WE EMPTY AND CLEAN IT EARLY IN THE MORNING. Due to the size of the cottage we only accept two guest. The cottage has peaceful surroundings and yet only a short drive to Glasgow city center, the local train station is Lenzie station and a 15 /20 minute walk and gives fast access to city center and Edinburgh. Ideal for people wanting a quiet, handy base near Scotland's main road network from which to explore the country Off-road parking is available on the property. Quiet neighbourhood. The cottage is in short, walking distance of the small town with shops, pub, and restaurant The area is great for walking and cycling Lenzie is about 20 minutes from Glasgow airport, 90 minutes from Prestwick airport by car. glasgow takes around 12 minutes by car There is a rail link to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Glasgow is about 12 minutes by train. we have two small dogs and a few cats, they stay in the above cottage so should not enter your part of the house. We are a Gay friendly cottage.
