Adults only retreat. Nestled on 56 acres and overlooking wide valley views, BOAB Rise Cottage offers guests a relaxed and peaceful rural setting. Couples wanting to escape the city, don't have far to travel to unwind and take in the breathtaking views that surrounds the property. The cottage offers a one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Complimentary continental breakfast supplied first morning. Not suited for children and pets. The space The bedroom contains a queen size bed. The space area in the unit is compact but comfortable. There is no wifi at the cottage. Telstra works well, Optus & Voda phone do not work in the area. A full sized kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 burner cooktop and microwave oven. There is a small sitting area with sofa and a folding table with two chairs. A rotating wall mounted Tv and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as body wash and handwash supplied. Towels and hand towels all supplied. The deck area is very spacious with outdoor breakfast bar. There is a bbq for guests who may like to cook outside as well as a firepit for those cold nights during winter. The views are spectacular inside and out. Please note the cottage is suited for Adults and not children. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Guest access Guests are able to access the property but must inform owners as there is stock on property. The town of Bindoon is a 12min drive from the cottage via Great Northern Highway. Gingin is a 15min drive from cottage. The historical town of New Norcia is a 40min drive north via Grt Northern Highway. The Chittering valley is a lovely picturesque drive with wineries and food trails to explore. Other things to note Adults only, not suited for children. There is no Wifi at the cottage. Optus & voda phone do not work in our area. Telstra has good coverage.
