Koko's Cabin at 7100 feet elevation!

This is a cozy one bedroom cabin 25 minutes west of Flagstaff viewing Kaibab National Forest and 65 miles from Grand Canyon. It is on a beautiful slope between 100 tall pine trees. This cabin gives you the chance to turn off your cell phone, TV, iPad, tablet and listen to the wind while sipping your coffee on the patio. Almost no cell reception, no wifi. Enjoy the wood burning stove for cold days. This cabin is fully furnished with queen size bed and brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen. The space You are among 100 tall pine trees. You are secluded from the city , cell phone, TV, internet. You are in the nature. Listen to the wind. Enjoy your tea on the patio. Guest access You have access to entire cabin. We blocked the backroom behind the bathroom for our things. The door is locked. We won't live there when you are there. You are 100% private. We have a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The Route 66 store has DVDs for rent and we put few DVDs in the cabin for some cozy nights. I have cameras outside only , monitoring the front door. Other things to note We have a 1000 Gallon Cistern. The water is hauled to us. The water is potable. We also have bottled water for 50 cents per bottle. IF you chose to use our bottled water, put the funds in an envelope and slide it under the backroom bedroom door. Please conserve water. We include 120 Gallon per day water for 2 guests. That is more than enough.
