This accomodation is only suitable for students, hospital staff and professionals. It has a strict rules which would not suit holiday makers. House to be shared with me and other guest. Holiday makers if accepted must follow strict house rules created to accommodate professional and working guests. Light cooking only in the kitchenette. Strictly no access to a private pantry. Refer please to „ additional information”. Walking distance to Uni,Hospital, bus, train. The space House is renovated with modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. House has two large verandas with seperate fridge, electric cooker and dinning tables.Three entry's to the house gives privacy if person desires one. Guest access Bedrooms do have internal locks for privacy and house entry keys are in the safe box positioned next to the screen door. PIN number will be provided after booking acceptance. We believe in trusting each other so we do not access each other bedrooms without permission. Free wifi, limited use of kitchen with utensils, room in the fridge and pantry, basic continental breakfast morning only ( cereal, milk, bread, jam, peanut butter, tea, coffee sugar ), 2 towels are provided, one free washing for 5 days minimum stay ( provide your own detergent), for stays longer then 5 days washing is free 2 times a week. House caters for professional people who study or work starting early in the morning so we have very strict rule “ quite time from 9 pm “…active life ceases……no cooking, showers with use of hairdryer or loud phone conversations in the bedroom. There are two decks which can be use for phone conversations. It’s against Airbnb regulations to have internal security cameras and since there is one installed in the living room aimed at the side entry of the house, guest are not allowed in the living room. Visitors or parties are not acceptable. During your stay Always happy to have a chat full of advise, show and tell. Often, I will do a tour around Gold Coast, specially for the longer stays. Occasional drink and smoking outside is welcome but not partying or inviting friends. Other things to note It's very quiet house and suite students and professionals. My two children are Griffith Uni graduates. For the last 10 years, one room of the house was rented to uni students with full board. I do not want to cook any more so I am giving Airbnb a try.
