Only minutes to the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley Resort and Downtown Park City, you'll be hitting the slopes in no time. Non-winter guests enjoy near by world class fly fishing, hiking, and biking. This home is located on the pond at High Star Ranch, a charming community offering its own restaurant & bar, hiking and mountain biking trails and horseback riding. The home has 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs. The TVs each have Chrome Cast or you can hook up your devices directly. Enjoy the sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub or while sipping your favorite drink sitting around the fire pit. Once you arrive you will find the house has a shared driveway. During the winter months it is best to park in the garage where there is one space available. With prior notice a second space may be provided. This allows access for snow removal. The home is located on a pond with 8 other cabins. It is located at High Star Ranch a development consisting of many other homes and lots available. There are trails for mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding. Stables are on property offering trails rides. A country store, bar and restaurant is also on property. Most things on property you can walk to. As for parking the driveway is shared, during winter there are two spaces in the garage. Due to snow removal all cars must be parked inside. The rest of the year there is one other space open outside. There are stables on the ranch you can contact for horseback trail rides. Nearby you can tour the High West whisky distillery and enjoy one of their tasting flights and great food. Park City offers plenty of shopping, fine food and many great art galleries for you to enjoy.
