It is a Venezuelan colonial house with decorative features of Mediterranean style. The house allows you to walk out to enjoy both the streets of the village, Playa Cardón (Playa el Tirano) and Playa Parguito. The space The house has 5 rooms, all with Air Conditioning and private bathroom, for a maximum accommodation capacity of fourteen (14) people. Very spacious spaces for coexistence between friends and family. A unique house to relax and have a pleasant time. It has multiple social areas, including the main living room, bar, garden, pool, and covered terrace with nice ocean view. It also has several dinning areas and many other atmospheres. Guest access Covered and closed parking with capacity for 1 vehicle, with the possibility of also park outside the house. Other things to note We have a power plant with a backup for basic electricity services.
