I really enjoy hosting fans, parents, alumni, whomever enjoys coming to the New River Valley and all it has to offer! I do request that on football game day weekends that you book 2 nights due to the popularity of the area. Thank you! The space Come to Blacksburg for Virginia Tech and Radford football and sporting events, college special events and graduation, college orientation and scouting trips, Southwest Virginia music and vineyards, amazing hikes, exploring Roanoke Valley, and job searches. We are a one-mile walk from downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech with cheap public transportation to and from Roanoke Airport. Blacksburg is also on Mega Bus routes. Private access with your own key, the basement is all yours, and plenty of parking. Sleep: Bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Relax: Living area with big screen TV and DVD, couch (can sleep two) and two large recliners. Games, Cards, etc. Work: Office area with large desk and Wi-fi. Kids: Play room with stage, mirrors, toys, dress up clothes, etc. Pack n Play in a large walk-in closet. Multiple pack n plays available. Exercise: Workout space complete with elliptical and rowing machines, stationary bike, mats, mirrors, and free weights. Eat Microwave/ mini-fridge. Toaster, Keurig Coffee and Tea, and light breakfast provided. Football and Graduations weekends we ask that you stay 2 nights. No pets, NON-SMOKERS ONLY, a max party of four unless otherwise negotiated. BIG PERK: IN-HOUSE BABYSITTING POTENTIAL! (additional fee) References available upon request. Guest access You can come in the house through the front entrance or use your own key to enter through the doors leading to the bottom floor that is exclusively yours during your stay! During your stay I can be contacted through text messages or cell throughout your stay for questions on your visit or any needs /requests that you may have! It is our desire that you enjoy your visit thoroughly! Other things to note We are walking distance to most events downtown or we can ride you and pick up if weather is rainy. Tip is required if you use this service. It comes in handy if you want feel you do not want to drive or walk.
