The "Indianola Boathouse" offers privacy with nautical décor and superior bedding. Bainbridge (25 minutes) & Kingston Ferry (10 minutes). The space A large 530 sf space fully furnished studio space upstairs over a detached garage. Private entrance, a beautifully equipped studio featuring a queen-sized four poster bed and two single Captain's beds. Kitchenette, outfitted with gadgets and gizmos even a gourmet cook can appreciate (induction burner, electric skillet, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker.) Some pantry items on hand, so bring your ice chest and suit case ( or relax and enjoy the many wonderful eateries in the area for take out or dining in!) Rate based on 2 people in queen bed. Additional guests fee beyond 2 people is $25 per night. If guest count is 2, additonal bed used beyond the queen bed for is a linen fee of $25. Air conditioned!!! Guest access A parking space in the driveway makes access easy down the side path to the guest room. Look for the gate with the big anchor to the Boathouse path. Enter the door on the back end of the garage. It's labeled!! Other things to note Air purification machine with Hepa filter, ductless HVAC with heat and air conditioning. Indianola is a special place situated on Madison Bay, a part of Puget Sound; habitat trail connects to the neighborhood providing a safe and peaceful and quiet environment to explore. Space works best for 2 people but there is a queen and 2 twin beds. Extra linen charge if 2 guests use more than the queen. Additional charge for guest count beyond 2.
