A cozy apartment " Positive vibes " welcome its guests! We tried to create an atmosphere at home to make you feel comfortable) Our most important task is to take care of the guest! The total area is 28 apt (19 sq. on the floor+ 9 apt second level). The space The apartment has 2 double comfortable beds (bed 160/200 and double sofa bed 140/200). For a comfortable stay, there is wi-fi, books. Electric fireplace will create a special atmosphere of coziness! There is a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, oven,coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, iron board (there is an ironing board, clothes dryer). All necessary utensils are available for eating and cooking. There is a underfloor portable fan for a comfortable sleep. For our guests we provide towels, slippers, bathrobe, a set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth set), water, tea, coffee. Large bright windows, the ceiling height of 4.5 m will not be able to leave indifferent!) Guest access The complex has a gym for residents. Paid public parking is available near the building, but free parking is available nearby. No parking. Other things to note The building has 24-hour security and video surveillance of public areas.
