Welcome to Palm Breeze Villa! This very unique property gives you that taste of Key West on a beautiful Intracoastal setting. With over a 200’ dock stretching into the waters you can enjoy fishing,boating, jet ski or just the incredible views. The house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is an over sized room with a private balcony overlooking the water. Enjoy this unique and very large master bathroom with its wall of glass facing the water. Bring your boat dock it free The space The house is located at the end of a quiet street, very private and secluded. There is plenty of driveway parking and a very private entrance porch. Coming inside is an open floor plan with a lot of glass and views of the garden and of the water, yet is very private from the neighbors. The kitchen has great views of the water also so any food prep time there is pleasurable. The main space has a very nice seating area with an 85" TV (no cable). There is also a dining area as well as a beautiful pool table. You can also use the keyboard, guitars and amp, just please be careful. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, access to the second is through the first bedroom. The second one is set up more like an office but has a pull out couch for sleeping. they share a full bathroom and there is a powder room right nearby also. Upstairs there is the 3rd bedroom and private bathroom and the Master Bedroom Suite. This is a very large Master Bedroom with an 85" TV (no cable) and a nice seating area inside. There is also outdoor furniture that can be taken onto the balcony (please return inside when leaving, pillows always inside unless using, they'll blow away) Master Bathroom is like a day spa with a wall of glass facing the water. Features and incredible double shower and multiple body sprays, double sink areas, tub, bidet and toilet. Truly my favorite room to be in, just breathtaking at times.
