Nestled in downtown Athens, Ga our luxurious 1BR condominium is the perfect get away while visiting The Classic City. You will feel completely at home with our comfortable sleeper sofa, large flat screen TVs, and full-size kitchen. After a fun filled day in Athens what better way to unwind than our spacious and comfortable unit with attached balcony overlooking Broad St. *2 night minimum* *Minimum age to check-in is 25* *We are located downtown and cannot control the noise levels outside* Guest access Guests are more than welcome to access any part of the condo. This place is all yours to relax in and enjoy this beautiful city! We want you to feel at home here and would love to have you come experience and make lasting memories in Athens while staying with us! Other things to note When you arrive there is a 15 minute registration parking off of Broad St next to Chuck's Fish Restaurant. You can park there and then come around to the front desk. From there we will check you in and get you your keys and parking passes and answer any questions you may have. Units come with assigned parking but we also have an overflow parking deck for any other spaces you may need.
