This fourth floor one bedroom apartment on Shoreditch High Street comfortably sleeps 2 guests, however can sleep up to 6 guests using the sofa beds in the bedroom and livingroom. It has a modern bathroom and kitchen with everything you'll need for a short stay in Shoreditch, London. The space Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building on Shoreditch High Street. This newly renovated studio is nestled in the heart of Shoreditch! With design studios, galleries, cute shops and restaurants all at your doorstep. The building is very safe and secure. Guest access It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and in the bedroom, a full kitchen with a fridge, plates, cups, utensils, toaster, kettle & hairdryer. TV and Free Wifi 1 Towel per person Other things to note **COVID/Stay Restrictions** If you make a reservation, then restrictions force you to abandon your stay, our Cancellation Policy remains as advertised. This is also supported by Airbnb's T&C's. If you receive a positive COVID test we suggest you immediately cancel your reservation and submit your proof to Airbnb. As per the government guidelines we will continue to stay open for guests who have determined that they have a justified reason for short term accommodation. If you have booked for any other reason and you cannot fulfil your stay, it will be the guests responsibility to process the cancellation. - Third party ID verification required prior to receiving check in details. ** CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS: ** Guests who wish to check in on Christmas Day will also need to book Christmas Eve (24th of December). Self check-in will then be made possible for Christmas Day. - Children and Infants Infants are considered as paying guests so they must be included as a Child when you book. - Parking We do not have a car space. Parking is limited with restrictions and timed bays which become expensive. There are car parks dotted around the area but during the week they are booked up quite quickly (after 4/5pm will be easier to arrive and park) On weekends: Parking is free Otherwise perhaps booking somewhere in advance will save the hassle or expect it to take time to find free or available street parking. OTHER FAQ’S Check- in time? - 3pm or later Arrival time? - Please let us know your approximate arrival time. We base our cleaning schedule on this time and if you happen to arrive earlier than we had expected we cannot guarantee it will be ready but will do our best. Early Check-in? - No unfortunately early check-in is not possible. Late Check-in? - Yes we can provide a self check-in system after 10pm.Please note we may not be available after midnight to answer calls or messages. Bag drop-off? - Unfortunately not. Can a friend or family member collect the key for me? - Yes but only if agreed with us prior. Please let us know their full name and they must print out or show the Airbnb receipt/booking confirmation along with I.D Check out? - 11am (no late checkout available) Failure to do so may result in a £50 penalty Extra Duvets? - We only provide 1 double duvet per bed/sofa bed.
