Our cabin is on gated property in the middle of Bluegrass horse country with a an indoor and outdoor private shower and sits on the back of 5 landscaped acres for maximum privacy. Close to the Ky Horse Park! Incl., YouTube TV, WiFi, deluxe king bed, & private deck overlooking pastures. Snacks, tea/coffee and breakfast items provided. Please note there will be a pet fee of $25/Nite/pet with a max weight of 35lbs. Fees will be requested after booking. The space Brand new 1 Bedroom cabin on gated property in the middle of Bluegrass horse country and has an indoor and outdoor private shower. It is 2 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park and sits on the back of 5 landscaped acres for maximum privacy. Incl., Satalite TV, WiFi, deluxe king bed, & private deck overlooking pastures. Snacks, tea/coffies and breakfast items provided. Also, horse boarding is available next door, but please mention if needed prior to locking in your booked dates to secure. Linden Place is pet friendly to pets 35lbs or less, (max 2) and must not be allowed in bed or to run around loose. There is a $25/night/pet added charge. Guest access 5 landscaped acres to walk among a variety of flowers including a gazebo among the trees. No access to Owners home or out-buildings. Plenty of parking is available next to the cabin with room for trailers and vans. Other things to note Centrally located in the heart of the bluegrass just off of I75. You will have a short 2 mile drive to the Kentucky Horse Park, Old Friends race horse retirement farm, and slightly further to Lexingtons' Keeneland, Bluegrass Airport, and dozens of fine resturants.
