Lakehouse Cottage on Lake Champlain

Our cottage is bordered by privacy hedges on both sides. Full use of our beach, kayaks, dock & lakeside fire pit make for a relaxing week. Sunrises on the point are not to be missed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, this cottage has everything you need. The outdoor spaces are shared with our one other rental unit, and us. The space This newly constructed cottage sits on the shore of Lake Champlain just south of the Canadian border. Professionally decorated, this cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size pull out soa bed in the living room. Amenities include bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen, wrap around deck with outdoor grill and full access to our private gravel beach. Linens and firewood included. Small pets are welcome, but we do charge a pet fee upon arrival of $25 per nighl. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM! Guest access Guests have access to the lake, private beach, grounds and firewood.
